Maryland Rent Control at a Glance
- Montgomery County: CPI + 3% or 6% cap; 23-year rolling exemption
- Prince George's County: CPI + 3% or 6% cap; senior housing gets CPI or 4.5%
- Takoma Park: 2.4% cap (2025-2026); only city in MD with its own law
